We loved lounging in the beautiful outdoor courtyard and watching the sunset after a fun day out. The fitness center had all the gear we needed for a quick workout, and the common lounge area was perfect for relaxing with friends. The only bummer was that we had a minor hiccup with the room not having enough towels at first, but it was quickly sorted out. 😊

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of my room. and the mattress was so comfortable, almost felt like I was lying on a cloud, not a hotel bed! ! Plus, the decor? The bathroom had this awesome Cleveland wallpaper. it gave me a nice nostalgic vibe, ya know?

It wasn’t exactly cheap. but I guess you pay for the vibe.

The proximity to the sports venues is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy a game night. The valet service offered a smoother parking experience compared to typical game day traffic.

While the location is excellent, I found that some amenities were lacking in terms of variety.

The proximity to Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse made our trip very convenient. Valet parking offered an affordable alternative to game day parking, allowing us to relax before the event.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the mini fridge and coffee maker provided much-appreciated convenience for our short stay while exploring nearby attractions.

the staff was super friendly and helped with everything i needed. my room was really clean and had all the basics. it’s in a great spot, close to the rock and roll hall of fame and awesome eateries like city tap bar. breakfast was delicious and the service was awesome, they even made me decaf coffee on request. great vibes overall, especially for a solo traveler!

the only downside was the valet service took quite a bit longer when i was checking out, but overall it was a great stay.

Fantastic restaurant staff made my stay memorable.

The stay was awesome, especially enjoying the rooftop pool and the cozy lounge area for some downtime. It’s perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. I did have a mix-up with the keys at first, but that didn’t put a damper on my trip. 😊

In my wife’s opinion, the parking options could have been more family-friendly. It would have been great to see a dedicated family parking area for easier access.
